PLAN TO EAT
I have used Plan to Eat for years to help make meal planning and recipe organization quick and easy. This awesome tool stores your recipes, then when you build your meal plan, it also creates a shopping list for you. I can meal plan for the week, then use my local grocery store’s online shopping in a half hour. It’s a huge time saver! You can read more about how I use Plan to Eat here. Try it free for two weeks, and if you love it get 20% off with the link below!
THRIVE MARKET
Grocery shopping is not my favorite task. I love using Thrive Market to get a box of our grocery staples delivered each month. We have allergies in our family, and it is easy to find products that we can eat. If you need or want to eat more clean or organic foods, or if you have food allergies, this is a great place to get your groceries!Help with Schedules and Productivity

GOOGLE CALENDAR
Moms ask me all the time for tips to keep their family calendar organized. I have not found anything better than good ‘ole Google Calendar. Even if you use an iphone, you can use it. You can sync calendars between other family members and keep it color coded. All of my kids’ sports teams also use apps that automatically sync practice and game schedules to Google Calendar!
TRELLO
Trello is the perfect tool for keeping track of all . the. things. I call it my brain. It is where I keep my to do lists, notes from doctor appointments, travel plans, school information. It helps me cut down on paper clutter, because I will take a picture of a paper with information I need to remember and save it to my Trello board. If that paper is linked to a date, I can even add it to my calendar from Trello. Trello may be a little more “advanced” on the tech side, but it is worth giving a try. The Free version is all you need as an individual.

ARTFUL AGENDA
Artful Agenda is an add on to Google Calendar or other popular calendar apps. I resisted this one for awhile, because there was a fee to use it and I’ve always been happy with Google Calendar. I finally decided to give it a try, and now I see what the hype is about. I love it! It is perfect for someone that loves paper planners and decorating with color and stickers. Even if that isn’t your thing, I have found the tabs to switch between monthly, weekly, and daily views easier to use than my beloved default Google Calendar. It also has lists on the planner pages that are great. I think this one is worth a try for anyone hesitant to let go of their paper planner.
